INGREDIENTS:
Poached Quail Eggs
Creme Fraiche
Sevruga Caviar
Dill ( for Garnish)
Amounts varies by How many guests you have.
PREPARATION METHOD
Cut off both end_tips of the quail eggs without exposing the yellow yolk. (This is neccessary as it will allow eggs to sit on plate without tilting over.) . Top egg with Sevruga Caviar and a dallop of creme fraiche garnish each egg with a small sprig of Dill.
