Normandie Farm's Famous Popovers




INGREDIENTS

8 WHOLE EGGS

2 CUPS OF MILK

1 tsp SUGAR

1 tsp SALT

2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

VEGETABLE OIL



Add the milk, salt, sugar and the flour and hand mix for one minute. DO NOT OVERMIX Pre-heat popover pan with 1/2 tsp of vegetable oil in each cup with popover mix 3/4 full.

Bake for 45 minutes at 350 F until golden brown. Be sure popvers are cooked inside to prevent them from collapsing. Recipe yields 8-10 popovers using standard popever pans. Always use a cookie sheet pan as drip pan for excess grease when the popovers pop!
