5 Egg Whites
1-Cup Sugar
¼ Cup Water
20 oz. Butter
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
Heat sugar and water to 240 degrees. Beat egg whites into stiff peaks and gently fold in both mixtures. After Cooling, add Butter and vanilla extract . Mix and frost yellow cake.
