Qualifications:
|
• Has knowledge of General Manufacturing Practices and procedures within a produce food preparation field.
• Has knowledge of proper food handling procedures and government regulations regarding the food code
• Requires 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Stooping
• Bending
• Frequent lifting and carrying of boxed/bagged fruits and vegetables
• Working in a 45 degree (F) processing area for 8-10 hours on a daily basis

Responsibilities:
|
• Clean vegetables for machine processing
• Bag / repack processed fruits and vegetables
• Prepare special fruit and vegetable orders for customers
• Cleaning of processing equipment and work area to include sweeping, mopping, trash removal
• Works under immediate supervision.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
