Qualifications:

Two years of warehouse experience
One year of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment
Thorough product knowledge, including acceptable substitutes, frequently ordered items and quality levels
Basic understanding of wage and hour information
Ability to work with a diverse work force
Basic math skill
Very strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:
|
The Warehouse Shipping Supervisor – Day Shift will run the day to day operations of the warehouse; specifically in the Shipping Department. This position will make sure the produce orders are properly selected and ready for distribution / shipping by company’s Delivery Drivers. The Supervisor will manage the Shipping Department employees on the day shift and handle any immediate problems that arise.
