Education
Bachelor’s degree
Experience
5 years experience in fresh cut production, with a minimum of 2 years of management
Knowledge
•The processing fresh fruits and vegetables, and equipment used in the process.
•HACCP, GMP’s, sanitation, and Food Safety concepts.
•USDA/FDA guidelines.
•PC skills to include Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Skills and Abilities
•Fluent in Spanish
•Proven track record in managing a fresh-cut processing facility preferably with multiple shifts.
•Ability to communicate with employees at all levels, to set priorities, to make decisive decisions, to demonstrate initiative and follow-through, to provide strong leadership, and to work in a fast paced, multi-task environment to meet deadlines and company needs. |

Responsibilities:
|
Responsibilities include the management and coordination of the fresh cut processing operation including inventory, production, maintenance, and staffing, in support of company policies, goals and objectives.
