Responsibilities:

Enter orders accurately for next day deliveries in a timely manner.
Enter orders through fax, voicemail, and internet.
Check/release customers on hold.
Enter profile for customers.
Check internet errors and make proper changes.
Handle customer issues, questions or any concerns.
Check roadnet for the location of drivers.
Print daily reports
Monitor phones- check logins and breaks.
